Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Custom sticker orders may require up to 7–10 business days before shipping, as they are made to order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & RATES
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after they leave our hands. However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. We recommend filing a claim with USPS directly for lost packages.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only make corrections before an order is fulfilled.
